We develop in-house facilitators with the knowledge, skills and  capacities and skills to implement the process.

• They become adept at facilitating the process learning circles;
  

• They become capable of acting as coaches and mentors; and

Create in-house leadership capacity

Effective leadership is indispensable for successful school renewal.  One of the primary missions of any leader should be to develop additional leaders within a school so that the process is internally driven with assistance from outside consultants, and is not run from the "outside."
