Renate N. Caine, Ph.D. is professor emeritus in education at California State University, San Bernardino, and co-director of the Caine Learning Center. She was an awared winning high school teacher, consults with educators and gives talks around the world, and is the senior author of several books and coauthor of other books and numerous articles that translate neuroscience and cognitive science for educators.
Secretary/Treasurer
Carol McClintic has been an educator for over 35 years including preschool, elementary, middle and high school as well as university extension teaching. She has led leadership teams at her school, administered grants, and co-created a certificate program in conflict resolution. She is a senior associate with Caine Learning and is coauthor of "The 12 Brain/Mind Learning Principles in Action."

Linda Hargan, Ed.D. (President) is the Founding President and CEO, Collaborative for Teaching and Learning. Prior to forming The CTL she was Associate Commissioner, Kentucky Department of Education, Office of Learning Programs Development.
Karl Klimek, M.A. (Vice-President) is president of 2 Perspectives, Inc., a learning through leadership consultant team. He is also Executive Orchestrator of the Convergence Education Foundation, a Michigan based non-profit organization integrating technology into innovative projects emphasizing engineering, math and science in schools.
Geoffrey Caine, LL.M. is a learning consultant, process coach, writer and co-director of Caine Learning. He works with and gives talks to schools and school districts, businesses, philanthropic organizations, and governmental agencies. He has coauthored nine books and numerous articles and chapters on learning, education and the human brain.
Barbara Larrivee, Ph.D. is a professor in the College of Education at California State University. Her current research focuses on developing structures for enhancing critical reflection on classroom behavior and infusing personal beliefs and values into a professional identity.
Kenneth L. Thompson, M.S. is Director of Development at the UNM Cancer Center. Prior to that he was Associate Director of Development at the Albuquerque Academy, a large independent school in New Mexico. He has extensive experience in experiential education.
